Show my children how much I miss my parents

And I seriously very very miss them. My parents and I are separated by South China Sea, so I don't get to see them unless they come and visit us, and this requires them to fly by plane which is costly. I thought we, young people, should be the one fly over to visit them? But now due to the health condition of my 2nd son, Jansen, we will not travel at all. We rarely bring him out to the malls, let alone flying across the sea!

Recently, there were news of friends' and relatives' parents passing on. This causes me to think that one day, I will face this reality as well, witnessing my parents leaving the earth and back to Home.

I miss them every single day yet life is so busy making it challenging for us to squeeze out time to spend with them. The best I can do is to video call them.

Oh thanks to technology we don't only hear their voices, we get to see their face. Lovely!

I see more wrinkles and more white hair. And I also see their hearts missing us and grandchildren very much, but they have learned to let go and let us fly on our own, deep inside wishing us the best.

The loveliest thing is I see them smile so broadly from ear to ear - they just love to see their grandchildren (more than their children, ops!)

I love my parents so much. I wish I can video call them daily!

Time flies and one day I can only send balloons up to heaven, with message embedded inside for my parents, telling them how much I love them.

As for now, I make it a point to tell them "I love you" and "I miss you" and "God bless you" often, whether through message or video call.
