LOVELY post michelle.. i also used to say love and light.. and didnt know about the symbolic link and unifying aspect of that.. nice to know! maybe ill start saying it again now i know better!

Yes I think many people say it not knowing the significance, I did too! Yes do start to say it again now you know what the intention is!
