Wow indeed T-A-A, this is some Dream, some Vision. It is recognisable, it seems real, it seems doable...it looks like a glimpse of Life in a/the New Paradigm :D.

It also makes me think of a post that I read quite recently, which links to a booklet called 'And Then There Were None', by Erick Frank Russell. This contains a vision of a possible world that seems extremely compatible with what you have laid out - just the outer form is different.

I like how you use 'soul' for 'sole'.
