Both Echo and Dot are "children" purchased from Amazon; and yes, they are somewhat humorous.

Personally, I have never used Amazon and refuse to use ANY of their products - which are mainly meant to spy on the customer.
We do exist in a mixed up world. The services rendered on the web should have and could have made life better for everyone. However, behind every technological marvel is a bunch of greedy and power-hungry men and women (and whatever else they call themselves), so it means I can only protect myself by staying off the radar (not even a bank account).
Yup. It's about money.
