Love

This Is a very interesting topic,

I, myself have an amazing girlfriend which I’ve been with for just passed a year now. Love is when two people have a connection, share similar passions, interests and other things that are completely unique for the both. Like water has cohesive properties, so do we. And alike two droplets, we go through life together sharing wonderful experiences.

How is it that we love? How is it that we are able to give our whole life, time and thoughts to this human being? Why that particular human being? Is it just biological, to reproduce and survive? Or is it more, a connection of the body, mind and soul?

I like to think that love is just something that happens, which, like music, has ups and downs. Even during the downs, it will still be melodic and end up being wonderful. You have the privilege to spend time with an awesome person, learn interesting things about them and to live in twos not alone anymore.

This too, like anything is not something that is constantly perfect or at a peak, you need lots of dedication. You need to want for it to work, for it to actually work.

Many times, you forget that relationships involve two people, you may think its just me, or ‘what did I do’, or even ‘why is she like this’. It’s crucial to realise that a relationship works in twos, and not in singles, meaning that for it to work both people have to understand and respect each other, in order to function like a well-oiled machine.
