Louisiana High School Athletic Association
In October of 1920, a committee of high school principals gathered in Baton Rouge to explore developing and progressing the high school interscholastic athletic program. The composition of the LHSAA was the outcome of this conference. The organization administers 27 championship athletic services for boys and girls.
