This is the presentation of the first really free lottery on steemit! Do you understand me? This lottery will award SBD prizes to the winner without costs for its partecipants!
---- How is the prize pool established? ----
60% of the author's payout will be fully devoted to the lottery winner!
---- How this lottery works? Very simple! ----
First of all partecipants will need to rate this post, then they have to write a comment with a number from 0 to 99.
Each participant can leave only one comment but if you resteem this post, you will have an additional comment and then a total of two votes.
The winner will be the one who guess the winning number. If the winner will be more than one, the jackpot will be divided equally among winners.
---- What are the Rules to qualify to the lottery? ----
- UPVOTE the lottery edition post
- Write your prediction (number from 0 to 99) replying to lottery edition post
- You can leave only one comment with your number
- You can leave a second comment with another number if you resteem lottery edition post
- You can leave comment until deadline time indicated in the lottery edition post
- Any comment edited after the DEADLINE will be disqualified from the contest
- If no one has the winning number, the prize pool will be added to the next lottery and so on, so imagine how huge the jackpot could be.
- After the finalization of the author rewards, 60% of the SBD's will be shared equaly to the winners.
- Winners (if there is one, or more) will be announced the day after the lottery deadline
---- How the LOTTERY winning number is determined? ----
I choose this formula to make this lottery as fair as possible :
open price of BITCOIN in the following day (bittrex GMT) * open price of ETHEREUM in the following day (bittrex GMT)
I will take the two central numbers of the result of the formula considering only numbers before the decimal. If numbers of the digit is odd, i will take the central number and the first number on the left of the central number.
In this way, everyone could determine the winning number by itself (without having to wait my post) and the winning number will be free from manipulation.
Example:
The Day after the lottery ends bitcoin open at $3,558.52
The Day after the lottery ends ethereum open at $307.00
The winning number is:
3,558.52*307.00=1,092,465.64
We take the result without decimal numbers: 1,092,465
10 92 465
In this case the winning number will be 92
If the result had been 10,924,655 the winning number would have been 24 (109 24 655)

Hi! I love your contests. Just one thing I would like to clarify. In the rules you say “only numbers before the comma” but do you mean before the decimal? It seems that way but I’m in the US so maybe it’s called a comma elsewhere in the world? Just curious! Thanks!

You're right! Here in Italy we use reversed system and we use comma to separate decimal number. I rectify the post... thanks for letting me know.
