Great post, I hope you don't mind me adding some things

Taking a walk everyday is also very important for mental health. It has been shown that exercise can help improve mood, memory and other aspects of mental health. So even if you aren't trying to lose weight, it is still a good habit.

And I did some research on #3 cause that was really interesting. If anybody else reading this is curious two, so nobody has a definitive reason for why that happens. Two possible theories are that the aritificial sweeteners causes cells to take up more sugar and produce more fat, or that artificial sweeteners actually increases our fondness for sugar and cause us to eat more. Pretty cool stuff that I wasn't aware of.
