20 mins to a skinnier you
A simple key is doing high intensity interval training to lose weight.
One is method is walking on the treadmill for 1 minute and 30 seconds and then running hard as you can for 30 seconds.
Repeat this for 20 minutes and you will complete ten sprints/runs.
Be sure to be careful and push yourself to run as fast as possible within the 30 seconds.
