Los Angeles Area

From San Francisco to Los Angeles it was again with the Starlight Express. We were traveling 12 hours. We did not stay in LA, but took a rental car and visited one after the other:

Sequoia National Park with the giant trees
Death Valley, supposedly the hottest place on earth
Las Vegas -> from there with a small plane to the Gran Canyon and back
Mojave Desert, where we rented a house in the middle of it
Joshua National Park and back to LA

In the Mojave desert
