Night in the Zurich / Noční Curych

On our way to Tenerife we had an 8-hour transfer to Zurich. We arrived at about 9 pm and we flew at 5 am. And so we decided to go to the city center for a survey. We bought a day ticket and sat on the first train in the direction of the cetrum. After entering the train, we decided to go to the lake, which was a bit, but we had a ticket for public transport, so we rode the tram. Lakeside could not see anything because it was night and shipping already did not go, so we headed to the historic city center. Since the colleague is a surveyor and worked mainly on transport. He began to explore the local bridges and found an interesting subway under the bridge that led across the river. Where is this photo coming from? I did not have a tripod because he was in his backpack and he was in the customs area of the airport. So I had to improvise and use the railing. It is quite a challenge to keep a 30-second exposure on a straight railing while avoiding the camera's overhead and fall into the river. But it was interesting to come. We passed the rest of the city and headed for the tram toward the airport. It was midnight and the last tram arrived in our direction.But it was interesting to come. But it ended in another station and the airport was still about 5 kilometers. Fortunately, I had a downloaded map of Switzerland on my phone. And so we headed for the airport on foot, down the tourist sign. This made us interesting places we would not normally visit. After an hour and a half we arrived at the airport and we still had a few hours to go through the checkup and board the plane. The idea that I should walk to the airport in Prague, for example, is quite bizarre. But in Zurich it is absolutely no problem.

Cestou na Tenerife jsme měli 8 hodinový přestup v Curychu. Přiletěli jsme asi v 9 hodin večer a odlétali jsme v 5 ráno. A tak jsme se rozhodli vyrazit do centra města na průzkum. Koupili jsme denní lístek a sedli do prvního vlaku směr cetrum. Po vstoupení z vlaku jsme se rozhodli, že půjdeme k jezeru, což bylo kousek, ale měli jsme lístek na Mhd, tak jsme jeli tramvají. U jezera nebylo nic vidět, protože byla noc a lodní doprava již nejezdila, tak jsme zamířili k historickému centru města. Jelikož kolega je zeměměřič a pracoval převážně na dopravních stavbách. Začal zkoumat místní mosty a našel zajímavý podchod pod mostem, který vedl přes řeku. Odkud je pořízena tato fotka. Neměl jsem stativ, protože byl v batohu a ten byl v celním prostoru na letišti. Tak jsem musel improvizovat a použít zábradlí. Docela výzva udržet 30 sekundovou expozici na rovném zábradlí a přitom zamezit převážení a pádu fotoaparátu do řeky. Ale to zajímavé mělo teprve přijít. Prošli jsme zbytek města a zamířili opět na tramvaj směrem k letišti. Byla půlnoc a přijela poslední tramvaj naším směrem. Jenomže končila v jiné stanici a na letiště to bylo stále asi 5 kilometrů. Naštěstí jsem měl v telefonu staženou mapu Švýcarska. A tak jsme se vydali směr letiště pěšky, po turistické značce. Ta nás provedla zajímavými místy, které bychom jistě normálně nenavštívili. Po hodině a půl jsme dorazili na letiště a stále jsme měli pár hodin na to projít kontrolou a nasednout do letadla. Při představě, že bych měl jít pěšky na letiště třeba v Praze po turistické značce je dost bizarní. Ale v Curychu to jde naprosto bez problémů.
