Lombard Street, San Francisco
This is my entry for @juliank's #longexposurephotography contest.
This is Lombard Street in San Francisco, California. It is said that this is the crookedest street in the world. I spent a summer in San Francisco when I was a student. It's definitely one of my favourite cities in the world.
Photo taken by me. Check out more of my photography here: https://www.dreamstime.com/Mfharrison_portfolio_pg1#res2530922
Good luck on the contest. I like the photo.
Thanks. I'm gonna try to enter more competitions. I think I have a good shot at the portrait one I entered a few days ago.
I did a few contests. Lot's of fun and sometimes you win.
Lombard St! I miss the San francisco’s chill weather....

I love the lights on this one!
Thank you :)
Best of luck in the contest @engchitchat. Nice picture am sure would emerge tops.
Thank you, but I didn't win :(
Noooo that not fair what where the criteria used for selecting the winner @engchitchat. Cos with a picture like that nothing could have gone wrong.
Thanks for encouraging me. I will win next time.
I love how you were able to capture the effect of moving vehicles with the head and taillights. I remember as a child driving down this road and it was absolutely incredible. It's hard to capture just how steep this hill is in a photo.
One of the cars was a taxi, so that's the white light you can see. Thanks for dropping by :)
I think San Francisco might be one of my favorite cities, as well. It is the most beautiful one I have seen in the US. I find Istanbul similar to it. You should definitely visit it if you haven't :)
I've never been. I didn't know it was a good place to visit. I'll add it to the list.
Very cool effect with long exposure. I went to SF when I was a child - the streets definitely stayed in my mind. Very unique and interesting place.
Thank you. I really like long exposure photography, but I hate carrying a tripod everywhere.
I've not tried long exposure yet (in a serious way). Your photo is inspiring as an example of how organically beautiful it can be. I will have to study up on the process.
Thank you for sharing your work.
There are some great effects you can get. Moving water is also one of my favourites.
San Francisco is a huge favourite of mine. Can't wait to get back there soon. Beautiful photo 👌
Thank you :)
Perfect shot. You have captured the beauty of the place.
Thank you ;)
NICE ONE BRO!!!!
Thank you :)
