Time for myself

The time of solitude is precious, a life condensed into many intense thoughts and feelings. Solitude is a time to reset your internal system, a moment to see what is contaminating your mental and emotional space. It is the moment to put all the defeats and victories in front of you and decide what to do with them, whether they will be a space for your inner growth or whether you will let the defeats make you think that you are less valuable and give up on the goals you have set. Loneliness is one of the golden moments of your existence because in it you have the opportunity to recognize who is on your wavelength, who cares about you even when you are not giving anything, when you are not trying anything and when you are at a distance from everything. It is an opportunity to think twice about the decisions you have made and to add up how many two and two there are in your personal life, but most of all in your interpersonal relationships. Loneliness is the time when everything in life comes back with interest, the good you have done finds its way to you and is given to you in the form of inner peace that gives you the deep satisfaction that your life is on the right track and that even though everything is not the way you are imagined you can still be satisfied. The bad thing you did comes as a pang of conscience and the question of whether you could have acted differently and what would have happened if there had been a little more prudence and understanding. A man is not in his best years when he is at the peak of his strength, but when he begins to feel comfortable, calm and fulfilled in his company, without the need to forcefully fill it with people just so that he is not alone.
