Late night shooting on London street leaves 2 dead, 1 seriously injured, killer still at large

A late-night shooting in Ilford, northeast London, England, left two people dead and one seriously injured, the Daily Telegraph reported Oct. 25. The suspect is still at large and the case is under investigation.

According to reports, at 00:16 local time on the 25th, the London Ambulance Service received a call from the other side saying that a fight and shooting had occurred on Henry Road in Ilford, and police then rushed to the scene.

Police found three men who had been shot at the scene.

"One of the victims, who was in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. A short time later, another victim also died." The London Police Service said, "The identity of the other male victim is being confirmed. Police are working to notify their relatives."

The third victim, who is in his 30s, has been taken to hospital and remains in critical condition.

The suspect has not yet been arrested. Police said the investigation is ongoing and the crime scene and road have been cordoned off.
