More on London, England

in #london6 years ago

I loved visiting London so much I hopped on the train every chance I could get. I figured out how to pop down there and see the sites on the cheap. I managed to minimize the cost to see dozens of historical sites and a few times ended up with a personal tour because I was there early. London is literally filled with interesting places and activities, the public transportation is second to none and it is a thriving, multi-culture melting pot. I can see now why people from all over the world gravitate here, and why not, it has everything you could want.

Well, I gave it my best shot and I'll be posting on the following here shortly etailing my effort

Tour Part 1 – A double decker city tour, the London Bridge, the Thames and more.

Tour Part 2 – China Town, Herrods, more restaurants and shopping. The crowds were amazing.

Buckingham Palace – This place draws crowds that are impressive by themselves.

Tour Part 4 – The Monument, Covington Gardens, St Paul’s Cathedral, restaurants, museums … Wow.

I managed to see quite a bit of London but by no means everything, there is so much you could spend months and not give every site it’s full due. As you browse the following pages you can get a feel for what I saw and be sure to visit my other social sites to see the videos and pictures. I managed to get a list of the major attractions in London so you have some idea of what your up against as a power tourist or just someone who has some time and would like to look around,.
