A beautiful night at the Casual Steemit get together in East London, 16th Aug

The meetup we had last night was great, as always. These super casual London steemit meetups are top of my list and one of the reasons I love Steemit so much. We usually just chill and chat, and the conversations are always very varied and fulfilling.

The life experience and interests of these people make them so great to talk to. Last night was no different. We had a lovely few hours talking about Steem, crypto, current world affairs, spirituality, consciousness, etc and a lot of jokes of course, while enjoying some nice Vegan grub at Mother works, Hackney Wick.

My delicious order of " Smoked
Salmon and Cream cheese bagel" (Smoked carrots and Cashew Cheese) and iced matcha latte.

At the cafe where we had a ton of crypto talk, one of the lovely people working there came up to tell us he overheard us talking about crypto (we were being very loud :P) and wanted to join in the conversation for a bit. Great chance for a bit of #promo-steem obviously ;)

When it started getting chillier, we moved on to the craft beer place, Mason & Co., next door, where the conversations started getting deep. And the woo woo talk came out ;)

There was a little playground next door, so when the bar closed down, we made a quick trip, naturally.

And a quick walk by the river! I quite enjoyed this area, definitely lots to explore for next time!
