My diary: Living in London #5

Home in London means London is omnipresent. I have always admired songs that were anthems of cities and by living here I feel I can really understand why people would create an ode to the city they live in. Living here means being married to the city. It's amazing but it comes at a price. It's addictive to say the least. I am an addict to this place already, and I have been here only 1.5 weeks.

It's only by accident that my new podcast's theme is "home". I will get to speak to native Londoners and foreigners like me about our ideas about home and inevitably because London is our (current) home, we will discuss this hectic city. I am very much enjoying it. My projects are slowly taking shape, thankfully.

I still have not started school. Yesterday I got to meet my fellow Erasmus students at Fine Arts, we are a group of more or less 10 people from mostly Europe and Asia - including France, Germany, Spain, Korea, Japan. After an introduction Friday arvo I will start class Monday 2nd of October. Great!
