Is it better to power up Steem when it is low or high? I bought 40 powered up 10 the other day. Is there value in holding Steem and power up when if it goes up in value?
The value in having liquid Steem is the ability to quickly trade in and out of the market. If you are a long term holder then you could power up to increase your curation rewards and voting weight.
Basically it depends on whether you are looking for short term gain or long term (or even both!).
