These are the best lol champion picks in the current patch for ranking up, as well as the most likely to be nerfed in the next patch. This is the highest tier available in the lol tier list, Most of these champions will either be Banned or Picked. 
I think they should put lux too in these list because she has one of the longest range for her ultimate and she provides great support for the team.
