I'll offer you a loan using your future payment as collateral. Here are the terms:
- You must have at least 55 rep.
- The interest rate for rep 55-60 is 15%
- The interest rate for reps 61 and above is 10%
- You must have a pending post that pays out liquid rewards sufficient to pay back the loan plus interest.
- Loans are for SBD only
- If your post gets downvoted later, you are still on the hook for the full amount.

Yes, flagging and downvoting are exactly the same thing. I use them interchangably myself.
There is a big philosophical debate about whether we should call it downvoting and have a down arrow, or be called flagging with the flag icon.
I much prefer the flag. I think it makes most people stop and think before flagging.

Yea I agree. Calling it flagging makes it seem like more of a big deal, and that you should only do it when there is a real problem, like spam or plagairism.
I don't flag posts just because I don't like them.

The interest rate of 10% a week is worse than mafia, but I guess it's fair given the risk of not being paid at all.
