The "Lizard People" Plan

David Icke claims our world leaders are descended from aliens. Perhaps. Whether it's princesses kissing frogs, gargoyles on all the old buildings in the west, dragons in the far east, the snake in the garden of Eden, animal heads on the Egyptian hieroglyphics, etc., the signs are everywhere he could be right. Or, they could all just be garden variety human psychopaths. Either way, "Lizard People" seems to fit.

If you want the entire plan of the "Lizard People" read "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" by Sergei Nilus first published in 1897 but in effect for hundreds of years before that.

Solomon, in 929BC, thought out a scheme in theory for a peaceful conquest of the whole universe.

1. Men with bad instincts are more in number than the good, and therefore the best results in governing them are attained by violence and terrorisation.

2. Political freedom is an idea to apply to attract the masses of the people to one's party for the purpose of crushing another who is in authority.

3. When a State exhausts itself in its own convulsions IT IS IN OUR POWER. It is allowed and not considered immoral to use every manner and art of conflict.

4. The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician and is therefore unstable. He who wishes to rule must have recourse both to cunning and make believe.

5. Our right lies in force. The word "right" is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. I find a new right - to attack by the right of the strong, and to scatter to the winds all existing forces of order and regulation.

6. Our power will be more invincible than any other, because it will remain invisible until the moment when it has gained such strength that cunning can no longer undermine it.

7. Out of the evil we are now compelled to commit will emerge unshakable rule. The result justifies the means.

8. Before us is a plan in which is laid down strategically the line from which we cannot deviate without running the risk of seeing the labor of many centuries brought to naught.

9. Youth has grown stupid on classicism and from early immorality, into which it has been inducted by our special agents.

10. Violence must be the principle, and cunning and make-believe the rule for governments. This evil is the one and only means to attain the end. We must not stop at bribery, deceit and treachery.

11. Our State has the right to sentences of death, necessary to maintain the terror to produce blind submission.

12. We have set up the aristocracy of our educated class headed by the aristocacy of money.

13. Our triumph has been rendered easier by the sensitive chords of the human mind, upon the cash account, upon the cupidity, upon the insatiability for material needs of man.

14. The abstraction of freedom has enabled us to persuade the mob their government may be replaced like a worn-out glove.

15. It is replacing the representatives of the people which has given us the power of appointment.
