AUTHENTICATE THAT BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!

1st step is to order your long form birth certificate (live birth if they have it) from vital check. Get 3 copies of the long form for authentication They will ask you why you are wanting to get the BC's.. You select the box for travel/passport on the form.. BC's usually come back in about 10 days

Step 2--- send a copy of your birth states cover page that will be located at your Birth state's Secretary of State as first step for authentication.. When requesting the reason why on the cover page. make sure that u select for travel to a non-hague country-- Taiwan is a non - hague country. See link for connecticuts SOS cover page.
after you a finished getting your authentication back from your birth state-- you are now ready to go to the SOS-- of the united states-- jon Kerry.

Step 3------Here is the state department SOS-- jon Kerry link for authentications.. Please read. if you put any other reason besides travel to Taiwan on the cover page--- they will apostille your BC-- you don't want a apostille-- you want a authentication-- so make sure you choose Taiwan when selecting the reason for you authentication-- see link. http://travel.state.gov/…/au…/office-of-authentications.html get form DS-4194

Step 4--after you have gotten your authentication from SOS john Kerry/state department.. you will be ready for the last authentication on your Affidavit of Ownership to be authenticated at you birth State to have the jurat of the notary signature authenticated for you at the SOS of the state you were born in-- if you are not in your birth state.. you can get it authenticated in the state you are in at this point...or you can get notary certified/authenticated at the county level.

STEP- 5 After you have completed this step on the authentication of your affidavit.. you may scan your docs for getting them put on the record for deeds at the county level for the record-- DO NOT PULL APART FOR SCANNING.. THIS WILL VOID YOUR AUTHENTICATION-- sCAN YOU DOCS FOR RECORDING SO YOU WILL KEEP YOUR ORIGINALS.
STEP 6-- always GOOD TO DO A NOTICE OF MISTAKE-- SEE LINK-- THIS WILL GO TO VITAL STATS IN THE BIRTH STATE YOU WERE BORN IN TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT

After you complete this you will need to do a dba on your name and copyright you name. If there is more we will let you know. There is a doc to do to get on the do not detain list as well but do this first and let us know when you are ready for the next step. We have to change our status and their assumption that they own us.
