@livelifefullest thanks for putting this article together. When an individual tend to look at himself in a negative way, the never achieve anything good in life and this leads to depression. But the moment the start saying positive things to themselves and the begin to appreciate who the really are, positive things begin to happen in their lives. And by this, the feeling of fulfilment comes in.
