That's not easy. That is an art that you can learn by training your mindfulness. It is the only way to live without problems for as long as you want.

Problems are namely between your ears.
You can think about it and feel annoying, or not think about it and feel good. It changes little to the situation, but everything to the feeling.
Letting your thoughts rattle does not serve a purpose. Unless getting wrinkles is your goal.

  • Write your thoughts away from you. By writing you make your thoughts clear, and you
    often come to many conclusions that help you further.
  • Write down what you can do about this problem. Can you do something? Then do that.
    Think of it as tasks towards a goal without giving too much emotion to it.
  • Cant do anything about it? Then leave it. Write it down and do your best to let it go.
  • Catch yourself in a negative thought spiral. And bring your attention to the moment. Now
    there is no problem, only in mind.
