Live With Grace

Never heard the song: Joni, Joni please do not Cry? Perhaps we think Joni here is a man.

Joni is a woman, she was born date. October 15, 1949. He is a radio announcer, singer, painter, author of more than 40 books & founders of the "Joni & friends" foundation that helps disabled people to regain their zeal and rise into a whole person who can contribute to many people.

Joni was born in Baltimore, Maryland, America, she grew up as an amazing teenage girl. He enjoyed his teenage years by riding horses, climbing mountains, playing tennis & swimming. On July 30, 1967, he plunged into Cheasepeake Bay for a swim. But he did not expect the water to be shallow. He hit the bottom of the beach consisting of hard rocks. He suffered a broken backbone that caused total paralysis from the shoulders down.

For 2 years in rehab, he was very angry, depressed & suicidal. In the end, he found God's way of light by learning to paint using his teeth. He began selling his paintings. And briefly, he became a very famous person.

He said a very powerful phrase: "Always remember: You Can not Live On Yesterday's Grace - Joni E Tada." That means we will not be able to live by relying on the grace of God yesterday. Because it's past. We should be grateful that today is the grace of God coming to us. Therefore, with the Grace given on this day let us work the best. For we do not know whether tomorrow the Grace day will come again.
