A series of Twitter tweets from the past two days reveal that Instagram may be looking at some new features that may make it more attractive - especially against the direct competitor, SnapTech. According to the viewers, it is not clear whether these features will successfully pass the various tests and will be released to all users, but this is definitely a step towards a significant face lift.

Among other things, it was reported that Instagram is examining the possibility of "shutting down" Instagram users - similar to Facebook.
