Living in the moment can bring you happiness, peace, focus, and really everything you could have ever imagined.
People often are proud of being able to multi-task. When you do this you are not focused on one specific idea and will not get the full benefit out of any of those tasks or thoughts anyways.

To live in the moment is to have complete focus and attention on whatever idea, thought, action or anything you are doing. Without having any distractions come up mentally, physically, emotionally. This is how to unlock the whole complete beauty of the world and is how you enjoy the little things in life, better than anything.

This is how you grow yourself because you’ll master tasks faster and better than you would when you’re not aware of everything in your present reality. When you are thinking about problems in life, what you want to do later in the day, your dreams or whatever it may be, while involved in other things presently...You are taking away the beauty of life in front of you.

You would not know if your true destiny is calling for you, telling you to go down this path because you are in another mind set.

You must know how to function your body, emotions, mind, and spirit, to evolve and grow into the amazing potential you are capable to accomplish. The deeper your perception is, the better you can handle it.

You must get into a blank thought process and the only thoughts needed are the ones to make the current decisions you’re dealing with. It is almost like a care-free way but your subconscious/intuition will always steer you to your most important priorities, dreams, and everything that is important for your spirit. You must not worry of having any control of your life/outcomes. We must believe in ourselves, our intuition, and our spirit, that everything will be fine.
