The eternal solitude of farewells

The hours go by
between tired looks,
the clock slowly travels through time and space
waiting for the day that I would never come
to say goodbye to us
or to find each other again.

It's the perfect day
for our gazes to cross
the threshold of infinity
It's perfect day but
that never arrived....
