Book with the Goldsmiths [en]/[sr] Књига у златари

Smederevo was in the Middle Ages the capital of Serbia twice. In it, a special attention was given to literature, translation and manual crafts, especially goldsmith skills.

Today Smederevo for some 110,000 inhabitants has paper mills, but no bookstores. Therefore, the authors make do as they can, and so, in the oldest jewelry shop window in the downtown of Smederevo, surrounded by silver, gold, precious stones and Swarovski crystals – there is an extensive “Book of Changes”, romanced illustrated history of Smederevo, author Milosav Slavko Pešić (that is me @mspesic), and with a little layout help from @lighteye.

Смедерево је у средњем веку било два пута престоница Србије у којој су посебно неговани књижевност, преводилаштво и занатство, нарочито златарска вештина.

Данас Смедерево за 110.000 становника има папирнице, нема књижаре. Зато се писци сналазе па је у излогу најстарије златарске радње, у центру Смедерева, окружена сребром, златом, драгим камењем и кристалима Сваровски – обимна Књига промена, романсирана илустрована прошлост Смедерева, аутора Милосава Славка Пешића (то јест мене @mspesic), и сложена уз малу помоћ нашег члана @lighteye.
