Sa pagsikat ng araw
Pumaitaas ang bagong pagkakataon
Liwanag na siyang sumisilip
Sabay takip sa alaalang yumaon

Namulaklak na kapanahunan
Katumbas pagsibol ng ating hininga
Sa pag ambon ng mga biyaya
Tayo'y nakakatampisaw sa sigla't saya

Pakinggan ang kantang kapanahunan
Ngunit tugtugin pa rin mga bagong awitin
Dahil sa paglipad ng mga ibong gala
Siyang pagdaan ng panibagong hangin

Sa pagbuklat ng susunod na kabanata
Buksan natin ang ating mga puso
Salubungin ang bagong pag-asa
Batiin ang sariwang pagbabago
