China stopped crypto money and ICO commercials all over the country: new bans on the way!

in #litecoin6 years ago

China continues its policy of blocking the cryptographic money sector with new sanctions.

Finally, Chinese search engine Baidu, one of the world's most visited websites, and social media platform Weibo stopped the demonstrations of crypto money and ICO ads today, following the Chinese government's narrowing policy.

Strict regulations will continue to increase
It is known that the Chinese government and the People's Bank of China, which have been going on for a long time in the country, will increase their repressive attitudes towards ICOs with crypto money exchanges.

In September 2017, the Chinese government banned both ICOs and crypto money exchanges. According to today's bill, the government will stop accessing all domestic and foreign crypto money exchange websites.

Chinese crypto money and ICO commercials stopped showing
While China's attitude has passed through many regulations, it has been reported that Chinese search engine Baidu and microblogging Weibo, the most visited websites of the world, have stopped sponsored crypto money and ICO content.

The sponsored content that has been seen so far when Chinese "Bitcoin", "crypto money" and "ICO" words are searched in Baidu is no longer included in the search results.

While Baidu was silent, confirmation came from Weibo
In August 2016, Baidu, who has blocked cryptographic money and sponsored content for ICOs, was not aware of when the ban was abolished, and no explanation was given by the company's officials on the final block.

Weibo officials confirmed that all advertisements for the crypto paralel were removed from the platform.

Reminiscent of Facebook sanctions
Baidu and Weibo's reminiscence reminded Facebook that last week we had banned ICO ads.

One of Reddit's sub-pages, / r / Bitcoin, turns out to be a very positive approach to these users. Because ICO advertisements, which have been booming recently, have been leading to fraudulent activity on Facebook.

Thanks for information. "According to today's bill, the government will stop accessing all domestic and foreign crypto money exchange websites" that's pretty bad news if they are gonna prevent the Chinese from accessing FOREIGN exchanges. Yuck!
