A Crash Course on Crypto Currency for Beginners

What are crypto currencies? There are simply a new form of currency online. We use credit cards like MasterCard and Visa as though they are cash, even though they are just a piece of plastic. In the same way crypto currencies are internet money that you can use on line to buy items or services. I recommend buying crypto currency as an investment.

How do I figure out which crypto currency to buy? They are many ou there and there are more crypto currencies being created every day. For the beginner, I recommend only looking at three: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Bitecoin is the largest and best known crypto currency. It has the best name recognition and a history of hypergrowth. Next Ethereum improves on Bitcoin by allowing contractual terms to be added before the token (crypto currency) is released. For example, a house might be able to be sold with Ethereum when all the terms you have set are met. Finally Litecoin is very similar to Bitcoin, but it can do transactions four times faster than Bitcoin. Both Ethereum and Litecoin have the possibility of becoming scalable useable currencies for countries. In some places you can already buy items with all three of these crypto currencies.

Where do I buy these crypto currencies? I recommend a large platform like Coinbase. Coinbase sells all three of these crypto currencies.

Don't put more than 10 percent of your money in crypto currencies. It is much safer to have a diversified portfolio. I do recommend buying two shares of Litecoin on Coinbase. This gives you the possibility of much up side and little downside. At this writing, you can buy two Litecoins for approximately $100. Just buy and hold them 10 years. You are likely to increase your money by 500 or more percent.
