Is Litecoin breaking out or falling down?

Looks like Litecoin is itching for a breakout!!

Is it?

Fib levels going between the 61.80% and the 78.60% levels.

RSI of 47.

seems to be good volume with around $370 million today.

I think its going to break the Fib retractment level at $57 and move higher with $60 as new bottom.

please let me know if im wrong and its heading downwards.
