Amazon to accept litecoin and Bitcoin?!!

It is still unclear of Amazon will accept any kind of cryptocurrency anytime soon, but it does seem that they have been many suggestions and inquiries about it, at least that is how I felt from my conversation with the customer service Rep. and I contacted them at day time to get someone local just to be clear that I'm getting a definite answer or lack of it.
