It turns out that good deeds do not only relate to mental, but also affect health. From a study conducted researcher University of Buffalo, New York, United States, suggests doing good and helping others can make people longevity.

From research conducted in 2012 and then it found a relationship between help, not selfish, with the risk of premature death. These findings indicate that the subject that provide real help to a friend or family member, run errands, help care for children, and others reported levels of stresnya so is reduced and results in a reduced risk of death early.
