LSK transactions problems

Hi,
I just want to warn people who want to sent some LSK over blockchain. There are things like ghost transactions. Which means that you can have txid number but you want find this transaction on explorer.lisk.io
It take sometime to get this.
LSK crew says it happends like 1-2% of transactions. For me it was like 50% of all my transactions on LSK which was around 15-20.
What I hate most exchanges and LSK crew know the issue but there is no info about it. So if you want to send LSK it could be in 24hours instead of 10 minutes!
