Now that is a hard question because yes or no depends on many factors like your ISP, your up/downstream bandwidth, the type of IP, the use case for the servers. The simple answer is yes you can but it depend's if you should.

Hmm. That makes sense. I have build a few servers for my local net like OwnCloud and a LAMP server, but now I'm thinking I would like to try hosting my external sites here.

I guess I could try and see how it goes.
