Heres to round #1 in Lightscapes Contest
Top: Winter Mist

My photo was taken on #Minnesota Ave right across the Aerial Lift Bridge in Canal Park.
The photo is taken across Lake Superior facing towards the Lincoln Park / West #Duluth neighborhoods

It was probably about 5 to 10 degrees below zero fahrenheit and the temperature of the water was clashing with the air so it created some almost smoke-like clouds over the bay and lake.
