What are the Benefits of Yoga?

You cant run a mile without running into a yoga studio,it seems like a trendy new thing to buy a pastel yoga mat and yoga pants and go into salutation.
Their are plenty of studies that demonstrate that yoga is potential for health.
For example oxford university found that people who practice yoga even once a week were less stressed out have lower blood pressure and slept better at night,and yoga is not just good for your mental health,according to the national institution of health it,s proven to help with muscular skeletal issues especially lower back pain it can even help relive asthma.
So why dont more people try yoga?
Some are afraid it will be too difficult,but you might not no is that yoga is not one-size-fits-all .There are tons of different types of yoga.

and while some types do encourage a hard workout where you bend and flex insanely one the other hand yoga can more simply be just use as meditative tool and you get the same mental health benefits.
Here is the word you heavent already heard before PRANAYAMA.
it means focus on deep breathing.

It is also what people of Oxford university have founded and amazingly intricately connected to happiness.Anyone at any skill level can try PRANAYAMA.
So how to do PRANAYAMA?

STEP 1

Stand comfortably evenly on your too feet.You should not be on your heels or on your toes.After that notice your breath.Breath deeply and try to stay away from shallow chest breathing.

STEP 2

Now its time to link your breath with your movements.When you breath in raise your arms and when you breathe out lower your arms.During this keep your shoulder down and relax your hands.

So this is the too steps basic yoga practice that help you a lot in your daily life.
