Today I didn't do a normal workout I played a game with friends instead!! Its called 4 corner soccer There's pins in the corners and you need to knock them down. Pretty basic but it was fun and it was a good workout because of all the sprinting! Stay tuned for more on my journey!!
You should post the rules to the game. Sounds interesting.
