The cloud of anxiety around you will look hugest & too easy to stay in that rather than seek out the truth. That cloud prevents you to check out your situation.

I have seen many laugh or say things around on something that feed the thought that anxiety is something like just an excuse, instead of talking through about it. People have no interest in getting the mind right but busy ticking the to do checklist.

Too much of commitments & responsibilities that may make you ignore the cloud. Sooner the cloud would be bigger & the ignored cloud make you sit in the corner. That cloud will fail your to do checklist as well.

When you start to notice everything in your life withdrawing without notice but only thing you have is sad past stories keep running in your mind repeatedly, intensely that even make you scream to stay the word stop killing me. The word ‘excuse’ is used to determine the anxiety but what about you actually can’t focus on anything you do till you lost your track?

You have no choice but to figure it out the source of cloud or the person make you develop the cloud. The person caused may not be one or two, it maybe many, each had the small contributions to make your mind ill & jammed up. Some may have major contributors mixed with other minor contributors. You have to determine what & why about each one. The moment you have a thought that you need to say it out, cry your heart out, yes you actually needed & don’t ever deny it.

Talk through your heart to a person who will actually able to help you. Therapist maybe the best to help it out but the question is how many of you willing to meet the therapist. Well Asians have the mindset meeting a therapist is the place where mad people will seek help. Actually it’s not true, the therapist now available over the phone call nowadays & even some private meet up. Other than that some are not comfort to meet a stranger & say all the junks in their mind.

The only way if you find it too difficult to resolve but you realise that you want to make a change in your life is talk through to anyone you think is have the capability to motivate you & ready to listen everything you gonna say. Be honest, never hide, say it completely till you have zero thing to say, cry, scream anything you feel to do. Say the details about the cloud in your mind. Say everything you go through & keep on making it possible to release from your thought.

Once you able to portray about each one character, you have to fix a mindset that you gotta understand that it is happened for a reason that went beyond control. Mostly human have no control of themselves. Anybody may lose it once. The focus is not to revenge them & not to seek human rights. The person or situation that caused the cloud is detachable with the act of you understand that this never gonna happen if you don’t think & pressure it in the mind. The mind game is so strong that wouldn’t want to quit think on how to revenge or be emotional throughout the life. Trust me, none of it will solve until you accept that things happened in the past & you gotta shift your mind to different space filled with the things of acceptance of your past, filled with the things you love to do, things that you have missed in the past. Get back to your inner self, the your personality that was dissolved in fake identity-anxiety. Get back to yourself!

Just by that statement I can already resonate and totally agree with you.
Mind is both strong and can be very manipulative if you let your imagination mixed with confused emotions.
