Quit killing your mind-anxiety

Anxiety, a strange occurrence that nobody will notice, even if it happens within own selves or someone next to you. It take time to realise.

Never stay in that once you realise it, find the cause, or the source. Recall it, say it our loud, cry it out if needed. Give freedom for yourself & not necessarily need to forgive those who caused the anxiety. Once you learned up why and what happened, you definitely can understand that human is in variety shape, some are horrible or some are angels. Not all are saint. Some happened due to a reason, that we didn't understand earlier. Now as you able to understand, accept it, and move on.

Don't punish yourself. Enough of dark side and get back to the life you should live. Do everything that suppose to be happened. Do everything you love to do, don't miss any of it. Anxiety is a huge barrier to all the things that stop you from allowing good and happiness in your life. Don't punish yourself more, because someone else had that moment, don't add on damages on you. Build and live the life that you lost. Run away from anxiety even before it catch and make you sit in the corner. Get back and fight by putting a smile. It's time to jump over the barrier and many more in future.

I love your thoughts on this and love how you just poured your heart out. A suggestion would be to keep everything you have written here as an excerpt then write about ways on how someone can overcome anxiety? Think that would give more content to write about in your post.
