Everything we do - from work meetings to outings with children - we do with maximum dedication. We set ourselves hundreds of tasks and reminders on our smartphone, sleep a little, eat and read on the go. We even spend illnesses not in bed, but behind a computer monitor.

Man is a complex energy system. If one is charged with anger and despair, the other is extreme, then the third is enough to lie down in a fragrant bath to go out into the world as a different person.

Disassembling a closet, washing windows, embroidering or knitting - all this sounds like a feminist nightmare, but it helps. Renovating a chair or hanging shelves in the garage will not only replenish energy, but also distract men and sons from their tablets.

Life at full capacity is possible if the balance between wasting energy and its recovery is properly balanced. The first thing to do is admit that the way you manage your resources needs fixing.
