The Most Fresh Ice Cream in Dubai
Summer is coming back to Dubai unfortunately, and we are heading back to 55 degrees Celsius, so we started our yearly research on where to get the best refreshement for the summer to come.
And this was my favourite one. The Ice Cream Lab in Dubai Mall. They are promising the most fresh experience and for sure it is when it comes to ice cream. You can select your ingredients, they will put it in the machine, witchcraft happens and you get your ice cream.
And by witchcraft I mean liquid nitrogen which is used to instantly freeze selected ingredients to get the delicious fresh cream.

I do not envy you your 55 degrees celsius. How is it possible to live in heat like that? Do you spend most of your indoors and in the water?
It is not possible to be outside, opening the front doors feels like opening the oven doors :)
We spend all of our time indoors, not even in the water because it gets so hot that it doesnt cool you off anymore
Gosh that doesn't sound like much fun @noperope. You must have to go out sometimes. Do you go mostly in the early morning or late at night or do you go everywhere in an air conditioned car? 😊
