THE KINDNESS NIGERIANS EMIT SECOND TO NONE
No doubts, Nigerians are good people despite the few persons committed to rubbing the image of the country in the mud. Many situations have proven that amongst Nigerians are philanthropists, kind, and generous people willing to sacrifice their comfort to see their neigbour live a better life.
A recent story comes to mind. A Tricycle rider had, through his Twitter handle, reached out to Nigerians to help him pay up his wife's hospital bill because it was too much on him. He prepared for normal delivery, but it turned out that his wife had to undergo a Caesarian section.
The delivery was a safe one, but his wife and son had remained in the hospital since November 6. So far, Nigerians raised over 800,00 against the 170,000 he asked. God's blessing indeed came through for him in a way he did not expect.
His wife has been discharged after the debt was cleared. He made a video thanking Nigerians for their generosity.
