We all want to take care of ourselves and take care of our well-being and good health! How do we start? A balanced diet, sufficient sleep, sports activity… Not surprisingly, having a healthy lifestyle is based on healthy habits and no excuses. These are some tips and habits to enrich your lifestyle!

  1. Sleep a lot

Sleep is crucial for better performance on a daily basis. Albert Einstein needed 10 hours of sleep a night to be at his best. Most senior business executives make sure they get eight hours of sleep a night, if not more. An adult needs to sleep between 8 to 9 hours per night. Try to go to bed as soon as you feel the first signs of fatigue so you don’t miss your sleep schedule. A 20-minute nap is also recommended since the body needs rest as much as possible.

  1. Get up early

According to a study of 233 wealthy Americans, nearly 50% get up at least three hours before the start of their day at work. They use that extra time to take care of side business … or do the other stuff that follows!

  1. Read

Never stop learning and inspiring yourself. Successful people love to educate themselves every day – industry articles and reference books, but also biographies, history books and personal development books. Warren Buffett once said that reading is the most important habit to adopt.
