Yep, it's a tough one alright.

Good on you for your perseverance... radical changes in diet such as following the FODMAP principles can be very challenging, especially when you've become accustomed to eating all of the foods which you can no longer have.

I think you've come to the right conclusions - eat simply, eat fresh foods... don't try and replace 'shit' junk food with 'healthy' junk food..... junk food is junk food, no matter what the ingredients are.

Having said that, reward yourself occasionally with a treat 😉.
