Strawberries are lit!
Do you know that strawberries can bring down your blood sugar level really quickly? I bet you are wondering how. Well, strawberries eaten without cream, of course, is a sure way of bringing down blood sugar. Just as hypoglycemia is controlled by taking sugary drink or chocolate, hyperglycemia can be regulated by eating strawberries regularly. If you are on regular medication, please follow those strictly too. Strawberry is simply an immediate blood sugar drainer and should not replace diet.
