Sweet Potatoes Waiting
I just had a few pieces of crackers to appease my tummy at three in the morning. I could not sleep well and I have an appointment later.
I think I need some of these complex carbs which are rich also in fiber. Friends, here are sweet potatoes that I cooked intended for an afternoon snack. No one touched them which is kind of sad. I want to introduce these to my kids so they learn and appreciate the goodness of eating local and healthier alternatives.
