It's a form of yoga done in a heated roon with high humidity (helps with flexibility and causes heavy sweathing) it's 90 minutes and burns 900+ calories. I tried it out last year and really liked it to the point I'm going on average at least twice a week. One of the major benefits for me is that it pretty much clears my skin as I have some posriasis.
